Hello Kitty Cake! {w/ Tutorial}

Ever wondered how to make a Hello Kitty that you can eat? 

No? What's wrong with you? ;)

No worries either way , because now I've got you covered.

In the world's most basic tutorial, I will show you how some rice crispies and fondant can turn into an almost "too cute to eat" Hello Kitty to sit on top of your next cake!

Here we go:

Melt marshmellows and mix in rice crispies

Shape them into a Hello Kitty Shape

Cover the shaped pieces in coloured fondant...........

AND VOILA!!!

Now all you need to do is add a delicious double chocolate fudge cheesecake, with dark chocolate ganache drizzled over the top for your kitty to sit on.

Mmmmm. Kitty.
