When Lindsay asked me to make a cake for her daughter's birthday - there was no question in my mind that this needed to be the best My Little Pony Cake ever created.
This chocolate and strawberry cake was created entirely out of fondant, and with an added touch of sparkles because, well, girls love sparkles <3 p="p">
